Even though I've been a professional photographer for over 30 years, I still love learning new techniques--so when an opportunity to go to L.A. to a headshot photography workshop with one of Hollywood's best photographers comes up, I'm going to take it!

When I was first started Elite Images Photography in Dubuque, everything was done on film. When digital photography began taking over, it was a huge transition, but I was excited to learn something new! And if there's one thing we all know about technology, it's that it's constantly evolving--and photography isn't any different.

There's always something new. And that seems like an understatement. Just keeping up with current trends and techniques can be exhausting when everything is moving so quickly. But that is part of the fun!
